II. Return and Exchange Conditions

The goods must remain brand - new and unused, with no scratches, stains, or wear on the appearance. The packaging of disposable tableware should be intact, and the internal tableware should not be opened or used.
The original packaging should be complete, including the product packaging box, bag, protective materials, etc., and the labels, tags, instruction manuals, and other accessories on the packaging should be complete, without damage or loss.
If the product contains multiple components or accessories, such as some tableware sets with storage boxes or cutlery holders, all components and accessories need to be returned together, with the quantity and condition being the same as when you purchased them.
If the goods have signs of use, are damaged, the packaging is incomplete, or accessories are missing, which affect secondary sales, the return or exchange application may not be accepted. III. Application Process

Find the order for which you need to apply for return or exchange and click the "Return or Exchange" button.
